A relaxing and empowering day, accompanied by a delicious and nourishing lunch, spread across a Saturday afternoon.

Join me at this workshop to learn about Hypnobirthing, the power of your mind and body, as well as covering possible relaxation techniques, all whilst creating confidence in yourself and rewriting limiting beliefs around birth by learning about all of the different ways your body works with you during labour and birth.

What is Hypnobirthing?

By re-educating ourselves and rewriting negative thoughts and beliefs around childbirth, we can create a new and empowered idea of birth, and through this new belief system guide ourselves towards a calm and positive birth.

 

Hypnobirthing isn’t a “pain free birth”, instead it works on the premise that there isn’t any pain there in the first place.

 

During this 6 hour course we will dive deep into the incredible ways your body, mind and nervous system work in unison during your pregnancy and birth.

When Is The Best Time To Start?

You can start a Hypnobirthing course at any point in your pregnancy, but it is recommended to start at around 20 weeks.
